We’re a micro roastery and café based in the heart of Vračar, driven by a simple obsession: making truly great coffee for our 7AM coffee community. 

The coffees we source are grown by some of the world’s most dedicated and innovative farmers, and we strive to honor their craft by roasting each batch with care and attention, allowing every bean to express its full character.

Our approach is grounded in careful sourcing, minimal waste, and full transparency. It's our way of respecting the journey behind every green bean: from farm to cup.

Beyond our café and the roastery, we’re also committed to giving back. Through various community events, tastings, and educational sessions, we aim to share our coffee rituals and connect with the people who enjoy it.
